How It Works?

Akshata Gems and Jewels is introducing a monthly diamond jewellery scheme. This jewellery scheme is of a duration of 11 months and at the end of 11 months one can avail the amount of 12 months .There are different denominations of Rs.1000/- to Rs.25000/- per month which you can choose as per your convenience.

FAQ of Scheme 

Q1. What can I buy through this scheme?

A. You can buy diamond studded jewellery of your choice, but you cannot buy rudraksha, gemstone, and spiritual items or conduct a Pooja through this scheme.

Q2. Who can enroll this scheme?

A. Anybody above the age of 18 years is eligible to enroll.

Q3. What is the scheme duration ?

A. The scheme duration is 11 months and 1 month free.

Q4. Can I redeem the purchase before 11 months?

A. Yes you can redeem and purchase any diamond jewellery before the complete term of 11 months. However you will get special discount if you pay installment for at least 5 months.

11 months -100% of one(1) month installment amount.

9 months – 50% of one(1) month installment amount

6 months – 25% of the one(1)month installment amount.

Q5. Do I get a receipt / Confirmation?

A. Yes you will receive the confirmation via email and sms.

Q6. Can a friend / relative redeem on my behalf?

A. No, not any one can redeem only if you have nominated him/her at the time of enrollment can he /she redeem the money on your behalf after completing the necessary mandatory process . No Minors can be a nominee

Q7. Can I change the installment amount after enrollment?

A. No, Once you have paid the first installment one cannot change the installment domination category.

Q8. Payment Option ?

A. There are multiple and easy payment options:

• Net Banking
• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• PDC’s in the favour of Akshata Gems and Jewels.
• Cash deposit in the current A/c of the company

Q9. When to pay the first installment?

A. The first installment will be paid during the time of enrolling, the payment cycle for the next installment will be 30 days for the first. 

Q10. What happened for the delayed payment?

A. If payment is delayed for more than 2 months, 100% of the special discount will be deducted. (You will then not be eligible for special discount).

Q11. What happens if my payment fails?

A. If you are unable to pay through net banking , credit card and debit card  due to network issue you can retry and if there is any reason that your PDC’s are not cleared then our custom support team will inform you with the same and will request you for the paying through direct deposit through bank or by direct cash at the counter.

Q12. Can I Pay all the installments at once?

A. No, You can pay only one installment in a month.
