Q1. Can I place an order at your website ?

A. Yes, you can place an order at our website, and our designing team will contact you for further process.

Q2. What is the process of placing an order with us?

A. Based on your jewellery requirements vis a vis

• The technique (filligiri, embossing, meenakari, South Indian style)
• Material (Gold with diamonds precious and semiprecious gemstones or combined there of)
• Product type(necklace , bangle, bracelet , pendant, earring, rings , broaches etc
• Budget in which you would like to complete the order in
• Details about the wearer to compliment her aesthetically.

Once the design is satisfied and you have given the consent of making the jewellery by accepting the terms and conditions for the consent form, the amount of 50% of the estimated value of the jewellery product  need to be paid in advance at the time of placing the order. Rest 50% will be paid at the time of delivery.

Q4. Do You offer Repair Service?

A. Yes we do offer repair service but at the store , We don’t offer for our online clients

Q5. What metals do you work with?

A. We work in Gold Jewellery and silver and gold Temple idle jewellery.

Q6. Are custom Order More expensive?

A. No there are no extra charges for customization

Q7. What would be the gestation period to execute a client jewellery requirement?

A. The gestation period will be depending on the category of jewelley work involved.

The information of the gestation period will be discussed with the client before taking the order.

Q8. Would there be a difference in cost estimate given at the time of placing the order and at the time of final delivery of the jewellery piece?

A. There will be a slight difference between the estimate price and the final cost of jewellery as the actual weight and stones will differ by +/-10%.

Q9. Can I see the sample of the Jewellery piece ordered for before completion.

A. Yes , In fact we recommended a sighting of the jewellery at the ghat stage.

Q10. What happens If I am unhappy with the jewellery .

A. We will be updating you with every stage of jewellery making that is from jewellery designing to jewellery making . At any stage you are not satisfied with the progress ,then it will be changed as per your requirement then and there so that the completion of the final piece is as per your wish.

Q11. Do you Provide any guarantee for the jewellery?

A. Yes, We do provide laboratory certificates to all the jewellery we sell .

Q12. Do you Charge GST?

A. All are billed with GST.

Q13. Where Do we manufacture jewellery?

A. We have a in built set up for jewellery designing and manufacturing.

Q14. How is the Rate of Gold and Silver Decided?

A. As the Manufacturing set up is located in Mangalore , So both Gold and Silver rate will be according to the rate of gold / Silver on the day of paying advance and booking the order in accordance  to Mangalore Bullion Rate.
